Wha??? But I thought I was supposed to praise Jesus in all his awesomeness or burn in hell or whatever. It is almost as if that book was written quite a few generations ago by a bunch of random dudes who spoke a language that I do not speak so now I’m relying on kings and popes and other super-non-agenda-having people to translate it for me. 

Thank God any evidence that it’s total bogus is disproved by the phrase “God works in mysterious ways.”
